With the Final Event in less than a month, it is time to start planning your event and decide which workshops and activities you would like to attend! Discover below our five steps procedure to register for the workshops!  

During two Synergy days (27 & 28 September), more than 40 workshops, two farm visits, a Gala Dinner, two yoga sessions will be organised and more! Make your selection with our easy registration form, and be sure to have a spot saved for the activities you would like to join!

Now to register for the workshops?

Step One: Accessing the Registration Form

On the Registration form scroll down to the bottom of the page to find the button “Next Page”. Click!

Note: you can cancel your registration for the SmartAgriHubs Final Event. At the bottom of the Registration form, you will find the option: “cancel your registration”. If you know in advance that you cannot make it, let us know so we can order the right amount of food for the coffee breaks and the lunches!

Step Three: Gala Dinner payment

If you selected the option “Synergy Gala dinner on 27/09”, you will be redirected to a platform to execute the payment. Follow the instructions on the screen, and then press the button “Next page”.

If you did not select the Gala Dinner option, see you at Step Four!

Step Four: The choice is yours!

Now that you accessed the workshop registration form, make your choices! To learn more about the workshops and farm visits, consult the event agenda.

Note: All the sessions are clickable and have a pop-up window with a description and the organiser’s name.

Step Five: Confirm your choices

Once you are happy with your selection, scroll down to the bottom of the page and press the button: “Submit”! Now you can continue preparing for your trip to Lisbon, share on social media about the smartAgrihubs Final Event and relax!

Note: You have a last minutes change of plans? You can modify at any time your workshop selection! Follow the procedure from Step One to Step Four to have access to your current selection and to be able to adjust it!
